• Onboarding documents: such as trade licence and owner or partner identification, when you apply for a card machine.
• Website data: device, browser, pages visited and similar information collected through cookies.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes.
• To process your application and set up your merchant account and terminal.
• To provide support and improve our services and website.
• To meet legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention and bank requirements.
• To send relevant offers, where you have agreed.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only as needed with acquiring banks and payment partners, service providers who help us operate, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.

5. WhatsApp

If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. Please do not send card numbers or passwords in chat.
